I'm thinking of nominating everyone in Canada who voted Liberal instead of Green.
The other obvious person is Paul Bremer, former leader of Iraq, who handed over power in a secret ceremony 2 days early and then skulked out of Iraq 2 hours later.
And of course Ariel Sharon... just because
And Hamid Karzai, because i heard that he's thinking of putting off the Afghan election again.
And Dubya... also just because.
And finally... Mother Nature for giving us one nice day of summerish weather and 5 days of rain every week since, like, May...
NOT on my list:
*the US Supreme Court justices who voted against the US President on the rights of Guantanamo Bay "prisioners" to a speedy trial.
*Michael Moore... because I saw his movie-mentary and it rocked.
